How does the setup work?
Everything is automated. After subscribing, you receive an email with an install link for Windows or macOS. You run the installer, it sets everything up in a few seconds, and the agent starts watching silently. No human intervention required, no appointment to schedule, no technical knowledge needed on your end.
Is Naykora an antivirus?
No, and that's intentional. Naykora is a complement to existing antiviruses, not a replacement. Today, the vast majority of attacks no longer come through classic viruses but through unpatched software vulnerabilities (your operating system, browser, everyday apps). Naykora keeps your devices up to date, watches their overall health, and optimizes system settings based on the metrics it receives. Result: your attack surface is minimized. Naykora and your antivirus work together, they don't replace each other.
Which devices are compatible?
Windows 10 and 11, macOS 12 Monterey and newer. Desktops, laptops, mini-PCs.
What kind of alerts will I receive?
Only alerts that need attention: virus detected, disk almost full, critical update pending, CPU overheating, backup failed. No notifications for what runs normally. You stay calm as long as everything's fine.
Can you see what happens on our devices?
No. We monitor the technical health of the system, not your activity. No access to your files, browsing history or personal data.
How many devices can I monitor?
As many as you want. You choose the number when subscribing and can change it anytime from your dashboard.
Can I adjust the number of devices later?
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. If you add a device, billing prorates at the next cycle. If you remove one, the agent can be uninstalled and a credit applies to the next cycle. No manual intervention needed on our side.
Can I move a license from one device to another?
Yes. Your license is not tied to a specific machine, it simply covers one monitored device at a time. From your personal space, open the old device's page and click Remove this device: the slot frees up immediately. Then uninstall Naykora Dragon Shield from that machine and install on the new device with your usual install link, with no change to your subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our payment partner Stripe. Swiss or European VAT is applied automatically based on your billing country. No surprise at checkout, the total shown is what you pay.
Is there a referral program?
Yes. Each person who subscribes with your referral code earns you a commission every month they stay protected. Payout via bank transfer to your IBAN. You track your referrals and earnings from your dashboard.
What if I need help or something goes wrong?
Support is by email at contact@naykora.ai. Response within 24 business hours for subscribers. You can also reach us directly from your account, with full access to your conversation history.
What if I want to stop?
No commitment on the monthly plan. Cancel with one click from your dashboard, anytime. Monitoring stays active until the end of the paid period.
What exactly is the agent installed on my devices?
Naykora Dragon Shield is a small program running in the background, without interfering with daily use. It tracks only system health indicators (CPU, memory, disk, OS version, antivirus state) and reports these technical metrics to us. No screenshots, no activity logs, no personal files. Clean uninstall in one click from your account if you cancel the subscription.
